Inner Mongolia with the Beauty of its landscapes and the extraordinary diversity of its land from inspired our design. The vast Gobi desert rich with history and its poetic mystery calls for creativity. In this mysterious region, the natural beauty of the landscape transforms form the undulating sandy desert to the powerful Helan Mountain and to the rare mountain forests.

One can only imagine if we listen closer this vast powerful landscape can give us a glimpse of its history which takes us back more than 2000 years ago. To the creative fresh eyes, this beauty of nature is a great source of inspiration.

Undulating sand forms step up and back; garden roofs are created as it moves up erupting into dynamic garden towers. The Babylon like towers lifts up into the vast sky. Its mystery is inspired from the land it’s about to occupy.

The new neighborhoods are created which tie themselves into the life of a new future city where hopes are made. In the Garden Terrace of Alexa we want to bring the three beautiful ecologies, mystery and innovative bright future of this young territory with its ancient history together. Our residential housing terraces stepping back from the city’s central park giving every citizen a beautiful view of the park and their personal gardens to enjoy.

The Garden terraces of Alexa are positioned on the site following the natural topography of the site. The organic shape of the building moves along the central park giving each unit its individual view. The roof gardens stepping up into the landscape reminds us of the dreamy images of hanging gardens of Babylon.
